Everyone loves Giuseppe. He is engaging, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about each person.
The CEO is great at pumping people up to work hard. The CEO seems to have a tendency to micromanage employees well beneath him which makes it difficult for their managers to manage them effectively.
We love our CEO. He propels this company in a forward direction and has reachable but challenging goals and his ideas and thoughts are well placed and on point for the company and its direction

overall we are growing at a good pace
We are churning out great functionality, but we are having trouble hiring quick enough. Scaling with quality is tough.

I work anywhere from 12-15 hours a day. This is not typical and I would say the average is anywhere from 9 to 10 hours per day.

dont work over the required hours, some managers and even the exec team expect around the clock work

Depends on the role, but the kind of candidate who will succeed at Sitetracker will be the candidate who asks the right questions. By right questions, I mean those that are thoughtful and focused on the role they're interviewing for.
How much and how often do raises happen at SiteTraker?
this has changed a lot over the years. it used to be every year, then randomly every quarter.....but raises are really sporatic

I've been here longer than most. I have not received a raise, even though they praise my good work. Management is very tight on their wallets when it comes to their employees.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at SiteTraker?
starting having some more fun at work
I feel like a lot of the issues in "culture" is the separation of the California office from the Montclair office. Theres more focus on the Palo Alto office, which leaves the Montclair office somewhat in the dark about events and other "goings-on" in the company

Excellent
It varies. Some are great, while others are quite disconnected from their employees. Leadership sometimes seems too busy to speak with you. Promises are sometimes broken. They continue to restructure and reprioritize, which hinders the personal growth plan we review with our managers every year.
Leadership provides excellent transparency on the direction of the company and long-term goals.

It is below industry standards for some developers. We love this company, but the pay is not competitive at all.

The vibe is positive, optimistic, and motivating. Like most sales jobs, the hours are whatever it takes to get the job done.
