I don't know if it's hard, rather every person wanted to gauge your commitment to culture and to the mission. The team is fiercely protective of the business and it's a great quality each person possesses.

Onboarding duration is dependent upon a person's role to master their job function. The process to get up and running was fast! About one week to complete a comprehensive checklist including all registration links, apps, benefits set up, technical equipment, and executive meet ups. The best onboarding I have had!
