I started my process more than a month back and had to keep following up after each round untill they provide you response.
It's quick and you are kept informed but never heard from recuiter regarding next step in process.

The sales leaders are incredibly positive and supportive. They are willing to roll up their sleaves and work with the account executives to help close deals.
My Sales leadership is something that I have never experienced before, whether that be in enterprise businesses or in "start up" companies. My leadership is decisive, yet thoughtful. Tactful and hold standards. Knowledgeable in order to properly coach. Has the courage to correct situations above and below their pay grade. Has the endurance to keep up with the high pace. Finally, and most importantly, has the integrity do always do the right thing with no one is looking.
What's the office vibe like at SiteTraker?
great office, fun folks, very energetic, pets in the office, games, food and a lot of work
The office has a kitchen that they stock with refreshments and beer. Sitetracker also buys the employees breakfast two days a week, we have team building workshops. The office is young vibrant and fun.

we can have dogs in the office, there seems to be intensive documentation needed before you can, since this was implemented about a year ago, no one has brought in a dog

How flexible is your work schedule at Sitetracker?

Flexible. If I have personal obligations outside of work, I am able to make time for them.
Most people start work by 9AM. I start at 8. If we need to run to a doctor appointment or something, that's not usually a problem as long as we notify our managers. Some of us usually have some meetings in the morning, so what time we start might depend on that as well. We are expected to put in at least 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. There must be at least 8 hours worked per day.

It was great. I use to get quick response earlier and when they feel you are not a good fit HR stopped replying.
It was a rather long interview (i didnt apply for a certain role). I met with the leads/heads/directors of each team and other employees to see where I would best fit. Interviews were very thorough
