All are reachable and always ready to help and communicate. Induction program is self explanatory where all leaders do join and help us understand almost all aspects of sitetracker. Also are ready to take feedback to make Sitetracker best place to work for.
They should value the Product team and engineers and also give them proper appreciation and compensation as well.
Our CEO told us that he is going to reward those that work around the clock the most. The issue is that he does not care that people have personal lives and does not care if people get burnt out. If people work around the clock, then there is a problem and we need to hire more.

Employees are treated poorly to make the company look better to clients
Stop seeing employees as numbers and start seeing them as individuals. Full time doesn't mean we work 24/7. We need better work/life balance.
