They listen and regularly seek feedback. Sometimes at a company level feedback is slow implemented, it is understandable due to the complexities around shaping policies and objectives. The leadership team is open and honest in communication with every level.

They can motivate people. They also pursue improvements and try to keep the balance within the team. Goodness must be for all the teams.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They should value the Product team and engineers and also give them proper appreciation and compensation as well.

Our CEO told us that he is going to reward those that work around the clock the most. The issue is that he does not care that people have personal lives and does not care if people get burnt out. If people work around the clock, then there is a problem and we need to hire more.

Employees are treated poorly to make the company look better to clients

Stop seeing employees as numbers and start seeing them as individuals. Full time doesn't mean we work 24/7. We need better work/life balance.
