Depends on the role, but the kind of candidate who will succeed at Sitetracker will be the candidate who asks the right questions. By right questions, I mean those that are thoughtful and focused on the role they're interviewing for.
They ask background questions, but you are required to take a test. Make sure you study how to create triggers and classes in Salesforce.com. It is a coding test, so you'd be doing it all using the Apex code language.
