That I get a chance to talk to many people from different departments. Which means I can get a feel of how the company operates from them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To me, nothing is better than teaching a person to be a better him/her. Not just that, besides teaching us, the leadership team always try to maintain our work-life balance by proper planning.
