What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the most that our leadership not only listens to us, but he takes action based on our feedback. Our CEO and all managers are very proactive leaders and are always looking for our feedback and addresses regularly our questions with detail.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our CEO told us that he is going to reward those that work around the clock the most. The issue is that he does not care that people have personal lives and does not care if people get burnt out. If people work around the clock, then there is a problem and we need to hire more.

Stop seeing employees as numbers and start seeing them as individuals. Full time doesn't mean we work 24/7. We need better work/life balance.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO and a generous number of company holidays

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid competitively. I make a lot less than others in the industry with my skills and experience in the same role. Also, no company 401K matching. We switch insurance companies every year, and this year's is terrible. I'm paying more out of pocket.

Existing technical resources are underpaid and the company continues to overpay for new technical resources.

My team consists of smart, hardworking individuals who are never too busy to help someone with whatever they might need

My team is very focused and eager. We all work hard to get things across the line by or before our deadlines and always put in the extra hands where needed to help each other with getting it done, knowledge sharing, and just all around great teamwork here.

while our company is very customer focused, we are also very employee focused within. Our management and leadership regularly do what they can to ensure the well-being of the employees and ensure that we are in a good position to help deliver on our main goals; goals for ourselves and customers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We keep bringing on clients but we are understaffed. It takes too long to hire. I hear that people reject offers of employment here because they ask for too much money, which I think they're actually just asking to be paid at industry standard. Stop undervaluing your employees.
