We feed off and drive each other. There are no dumb questions and everyone is ready/willing to help anyone

Speaking to people who do different things at ST and just felt a great vibe from each of them.

When the client thinks there's no way we can solve an issue but then we work together to make it happen and they're satisfied
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They delegate but do not hover. They assign work but also collaborate with you. They do not hover, they trust we will get our work done that's assigned to us.
