Management cares dearly about its employees and makes sure they are taken care of.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on fun projects that provides me with a great sense of accomplishment as it helps to drive the company's succcess.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid competitively. I make a lot less than others in the industry with my skills and experience in the same role. Also, no company 401K matching. We switch insurance companies every year, and this year's is terrible. I'm paying more out of pocket.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our CEO told us that he is going to reward those that work around the clock the most. The issue is that he does not care that people have personal lives and does not care if people get burnt out. If people work around the clock, then there is a problem and we need to hire more.
