REDX always tries to be fair and competitive in salaries. Small companies have a hard time getting good rates for health benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance premium is very expensive and the pay is low compared to similar jobs in Utah Valley. At least they could use the money they're saving on our paychecks to offset some of the premium costs.

With a few exceptions, I feel that meetings are often missing an agenda to make it clear what pre-planning or thought could be done to make things more efficient.
