Leading,and learn not to talk down to employee's and talk to them as if they know nothing. Don't be a dictator but be a leader.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued as the other jobs i have looked at in the market are all paying a lot better than my current job all of this combined with the lack of ledership is really unstisfying.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
better communication between day and night shift. also day shift actually taking care of stuff that needs to be done during day shift, because we night shift can't do the call and contractor/vendor stuff on nights.

The accountability is focused in a negative way. There is no effort to create solutions for the individual who is accountable, only an effort to finger point. It creates a negative vibe in the work environment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CBRE measurement in person on the ground is based on tick boxes, and electrical engineers dealing with daily hard work does't recognised, good talk, lazy whi don't care, nuce talker rewarded more than hard workers

Growing too fast, not enough training, need more time developing talent and setting expectations for quality of work performed.

They need to get rid of the do more with less mentality. My team and I could work 12 hours a day 4-5 days a week all year and still can’t stay on top of everything we need to do.
