They need training and opportunities for their own personal growth as a manager. Some of them have never even finished high school and are managing at a low ability. Employees are leaving because they feel put down by their managers consistently.
management teams on asset accounts are bad, very unethical and will lie and do whatever to make them selves look good to clients and employees. worked for CBRE for 14 years but the last 6 on asset services side. it was unbearable dealing with managements do as I say not as I do attitude.
