CBRE Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Understanding knowledge wisdom achievement Recognition

Cooperation, coordination and helpful people

There is a remarkable fluency of the information and I have enough flexibility to action forward my task and aims.

They are great, my manager is always there for me when I need her and communication has always been great within leadership.

Review from Engineering Dept

Communication channels to senior executives are always open.

Open and frequently communicate with employees

Supportive, transparent, encouraging your development.

The are diverse, challenging but realistic. Understanding and helpful

Trust in me and the work I do

The only way I could do that was if you

The best of the best

I don’t have anything I want to share public

Good place to learn and grow

Leading by example, positive and can-do attitude, open-minded.

Informative, Caring, Helpful, Kind, Knowledgeable

CBRE on the Truist account is amazing.

Sincerely cares about your career

Review from Sales Dept

Anytime approachable for any doubts.

They seem to have only my best interest at heart. The open door policy is very much appreciated. Along with their commitment to safety.

Review from Engineering Dept

They are available to answer questions and provide guidance

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Do their job. Fix the strategy, not diverting problems to others.

Communication, leadership,honesty, communicaton & communicaton.

Hearing the truth and not turning their head on issues.

Review from Admin Dept

The could care less about their staff. They just want to make their money and not be bothered.

Review from Operations Dept

managing talent and teaching the basics

Communication is the key, but it is not appreciated in my team

Hearing from everyone and not just pet few.

Being transparent and adjusting the current fear-driven management style.

Team needs to actually communicate.

Transparency, communication, being kind to people, not be demeaning and demoralizing to employees, supporting growth for women in leadership, breaking up the good ol boy culture.

Review from Product Dept

Get in touch with the times. Have these boomers ever heard of hybrid and flexible work spaces that even banks and other conservative companies now subscribe to because of the pandemic? Get in touch with your employees. Instead of adding layers and reorganizing every minute, actually innovate!

Time management. Work life balance

Treat everyone fairly, not just high earners. Definitely need to appreciate older, experienced employees not just young guns.

Actually hearing what people are saying. We aren't complaining to complain. We're complaining for a change. It shouldn't take 5 years to make any change.

Irregularities need to be exposed

being fair to all employees

Integrity, empathy, communicating, inspiring, leadership, decision making, delivering

If you want to work or have a career with a commercial real estate firm, look somewhere else, not CBRE.

Review from Sales Dept

They need training and opportunities for their own personal growth as a manager. Some of them have never even finished high school and are managing at a low ability. Employees are leaving because they feel put down by their managers consistently.

management teams on asset accounts are bad, very unethical and will lie and do whatever to make them selves look good to clients and employees. worked for CBRE for 14 years but the last 6 on asset services side. it was unbearable dealing with managements do as I say not as I do attitude.
