What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

If they have any sense, get a new job

My coworkers do just fine, we work together well

It starts at the top, too much is being pushed to the account teams and everyone is beyond stressed.

better communication between day and night shift. also day shift actually taking care of stuff that needs to be done during day shift, because we night shift can't do the call and contractor/vendor stuff on nights.

Excel is important but they dont know it much to use in their work. Time for coffee and smoking too much but no attention to their task, communication in team is really rare, only good morning and good bye during the day
