What do you like best about the leadership team?
Tyson Foods is a great company to work for. They really try to take care of their employees. They pay well, have good benefits, but they also have expectations, which is expected. The supervisors and managers work 10 to 12 hours per day and have a lot of paperwork. Overall really good job.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are reasonably priced. There are levels of medical and vision insurance to choose from. It's not platinum coverage, but for a major corporation it's good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More competitive pay, benefits that actually help at the dr office, and performance raises. Makes no sense for the employees doing nothing to get paid as much as the ones actually doing their jobs.

We work together to get things completed. There are high expectations, but the team I work with tries to accept responsibility and ownership of the situations.

Upper management (production) interferes with maintenance. Stop running 6 days a week. If you dont schedule time for maintenance, your equipment will schedule it for you.
