My manager kicks a$$. He listens to my feedback and I have a lot of creative freedom in my work.

The leadership team has made several comments about not outsourcing/downsizing but have done this several times. Trust in job security is almost non-existent.

The cost of our benefit plan and the 410K match. The PTO is also awesome here

The corporate culture is very work hard-play hard. Deadlines are in place, and met. Working just to appear busy is not a thing here.
