How employees describe working at Vyne Dental
Being remote, lunch and leaving for the day
Our onboarding process went so well and I am excited to use their services! Mecaela Bendall communicated with me and oversaw the appointments for installation and I am very pleased how smooth it was. Thanks to Jackson Spearin also for all the time and help he gave our office.
Vyne is a great place to work. Awesome vision in building out the future for Dental. I have really enjoyed my job and co-workers.
Review from Sales Dept
I am very excited to work for a company that offers so much to our employees and our clients!
Vyne has been a blessing from the beginning. Coming from other companies that did not value employees in the same way, Vyne really makes a difference. Even just the little things make a difference. Holiday gifts. Recognition from senior leadership. It's just a great place to work.

Come prepared. Do your research on the company and have a curious mind.
Learn about the industry and company prior to the interview. The questions are pretty basic.
What are your coworkers at Vyne Dental like?
Intelligent, kind individuals.
They're a fantastic group of people. As with all companies, you have a few who don't want to be there, but overall it is the most engaged workplace I've ever been in.
Some I consider good friends. Most are really good people but lack motivation and any real reward to work towards.
What do people at Vyne Dental think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
I think he is great. He really cares about knowing who his employees are.
Eric is a fantastic CEO who cares about his employees both on a personal and a professional level. He is very open, has a ton of industry knowledge, and is always willing to help out.
That he's oblivious to the style of management that's being used in the company and doesn't have the power or want to make a change. He's a very good speaker, and I truly believe he has good intentions for the company and employees. All aspects of management/leadership.

The Sales Manager and Team Leaders did the interview. I was sent an offer letter the following day.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Vyne Dental?
It was a good experience. It was a low-pressure interview where it seemed they were looking at my personality as much as my knowledge and experience

What's the interview process like at Vyne Dental?
It depends on the department. Some departments use a skill assessment, and then you will typically do a phone screen with the recruiter and then an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a couple team members.
You must pass an assessment before being considered for an interview.
How does Vyne Dental make decisions around promotions?
Top Employee Response
It seems to be at the manager's discretion, but in general, a lot of the managers at Renaissance seem to value internal candidates' accomplishments and contributions to the team and place less emphasis on how long they've been in the position.
I wish someone would tell us. From what I can tell under-qualified people with less tenure are promoted more often and to higher positions. Some people have been in entry level positions for years.
How secure do you feel at your job at Vyne Dental?
If you do good work, your job is secure here. I've seen the company do away with sectors of the business and offer employees other roles rather than laying them off. They seem to really strive to do right by their employees
I feel like they need me to make my calls everyday if that counts as security. I also think the department could be replaced overnight under the current regime.
How do you feel about going to work at Vyne Dental everyday?
I feel like I'm contributing to exciting growth at the company.
Today will be the day a good change for the department. Like I matter less and less.

Call center cube farm in most buildings but do have a nice new building for some employees
What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at Vyne Dental? How many hours are you working?
There are a lot of really talented and knowledgeable reps on the sales team. Not everyone is motivated to sell, and like every company I've ever sold for, there are people who can be negative, but mostly they're a really cool group of skilled reps.
Morale is as low as I've ever seen it. 40 hours a week
How's the leadership on the Sales team at Vyne Dental?
Top Employee Response
Several new faces in sales leadership, but they seem really energetic, hard-working, and eager to see their teams succeed.
Inexperienced figure-heads in their roles for their ability to tell upper management yes not based on company knowledge or ability. Nepotism and favoritism personified.
