We have "unlimited PTO". I just think that the flexible time off really shows that the company trusts its employees to work hard while in office, but also understand work/life balance.

Acknowledging that hours and hours taking calls is very stressful and draining. Allow a rotation to allow an equal amount of chat and email support vs all day phone support.
Too many vacation days, 30 is WAY too many. I'd rather have more pay.

longer breaks. When I can't go to the bathroom cause it's not time for my scheduled break is very stressful. You can't get a snack/drink from the vendi machine cause it's broken. You were stuck on a call and missed you lunch. Call volume is high due to lack of employees. You don't get lunch.

Having a work life balance is extremely important to me. This company allows me to work hard while I'm at work, but then not stress about things I might miss if I'm on PTO.
