The leadership team has made several comments about not outsourcing/downsizing but have done this several times. Trust in job security is almost non-existent.

When the new sales structure was rolled out, it seems like it should have gone smoother for as long as they were planning it out. Also, I also don't trust a lot of what the upper mgmt tell us in regards to where they want to take the company. I do think they have a plan, just not the one were told.
