Nothing in particular but mostly to bring transparency

What makes you most happy at work?

Quality of people around you, different problems to solve on a daily basis.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Deputee's are grossly underpaid vs base employees. Simple thing like 401K is discriminatory when it comes to deputees vs the base employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Very knowledgible and willingness to contribute something new. Often these employees have joined us recently and so want to prove and leave a lasting impact immediately.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Open to feedback, avoid bureaucracy, focus on outcomes, leave past biases, reward and award meritocracy, leave favoritism and finally in the name of diversity dont snub talents.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Biases of past prevails and likewise the preferences for key positions. They need to maintain transparency and openness in communication. Willingness to listen is another important aspect which is clearly missing.It has become an organization where sr leaders are closed to a view point
