My compensation package includes all of the benefits I initially wanted, plus stock options that have proved to be extremely valuable. Because of this, I feel my retirement goals are well ahead of my initial projections. I am glad I made the move to Qualcomm.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i was cover one type machine, after a year job scope increased although headcount came later but still drain resource to continue assist, guide, work on-behalf, work stress, time balancing specially role of parents. However salary increment were too less compare to other factory in similar sector.
