Stop endemic corruption. Head of HR and Chief Compliance Officer are active in covering up corruption and facilitating retaliation against whistleblowers.

Stop engaging in corruption to get promoted.
Coworkers are overworked and underexperienced to handle their workload. They need to refuse some work assigned w Them to not be burnt out. Competitive pay is required to hire experienced engineers. New grads are pushed into project lead positions with entry level pay
There are no meetings at all
Review from Engineering Dept

As monopolist, Qualcomm doesn't care about any but the largest customers. Need to respect all partners.
Their is no marketing. Few people know qualcomm when I mention it even though they have atleast one of our products in their pocket. Experienced engineers are all leaving for better compensated experience. Qualcomm is beginning to lack the talent required to reach their goals.
Temporary employees are being treated like donkeys
Review from Engineering Dept
Benefits dwindle with every employee all-hands. Management's attitude about morale is "If you don't like it feel free to quit."
