Nothing, it's disorganized, we don't have good tools, and we are not competitive
Engineering te conducts entire process after quick screening call / email from recruiter. One phone interview followed by one day of on-site interviews; they do not drag it out over weeks of call backs. the interviewers will be your manager and coworkers. Only one dumb whiteboard coding question.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
For technical positions, I'd make it more of a technical interview
