The best thing about my team is my manager. He is very supportive and has great work/life balance. He doesn't expect you to give up your evenings and weekends with your family on a regular basis like some of the managers here.

Coworkers are overworked and underexperienced to handle their workload. They need to refuse some work assigned w Them to not be burnt out. Competitive pay is required to hire experienced engineers. New grads are pushed into project lead positions with entry level pay
