The best thing about my team is my manager. He is very supportive and has great work/life balance. He doesn't expect you to give up your evenings and weekends with your family on a regular basis like some of the managers here.

Stop engaging in corruption to get promoted.

Coworkers are overworked and underexperienced to handle their workload. They need to refuse some work assigned w Them to not be burnt out. Competitive pay is required to hire experienced engineers. New grads are pushed into project lead positions with entry level pay

There are no meetings at all

Fully half of my team is great, the other half I am baffled that they manage to brush their own teeth without serious injury
