Although the benefits (i.e., vacation, insurance, costs covered by employer etc.) are superb, the compensation employees receive doesn't match the day-to-day expectations & workload for the job.

After discussion with my colleagues and knowing my market, I know that my pay is lower, and that salaries are unfairly disbursed. Colleagues talk. Also, during covid,company benefits like transportation, and food (represented about $350/month for me), evaporated. Dozens of people have left.
