I love their commitment to transparency. I never feel like information is being with held and they are always so clear on the "why" in any decision. I also love how accessible everyone is. I can reach out to anyone in the company, no matter their title - things are not hierarchical here.

Although the benefits (i.e., vacation, insurance, costs covered by employer etc.) are superb, the compensation employees receive doesn't match the day-to-day expectations & workload for the job.

After discussion with my colleagues and knowing my market, I know that my pay is lower, and that salaries are unfairly disbursed. Colleagues talk. Also, during covid,company benefits like transportation, and food (represented about $350/month for me), evaporated. Dozens of people have left.

We're highly collaborative.. if ever I have a question, I know I can hit up the Slack channel and get plenty of opinions in problem-solving.
