The comprehension of coverage compared to the cost and the amount of benefits around well being. Also that our company is constantly ensuring our compensation is on par with the rest of the industry - so several BEST parts
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love their commitment to transparency. I never feel like information is being with held and they are always so clear on the "why" in any decision. I also love how accessible everyone is. I can reach out to anyone in the company, no matter their title - things are not hierarchical here.
