They're extremely passionate, transparent and quick to execute new ideas while still hearing opinions for why ideas are good / bad.

Our leadership team is very transparent in regards to company goals, wins and losses as well as what is on our horizon. They acknowledge hardships (such as covid, working from home, climate disasters such as wild fires, etc), and genuinely care about employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wholesome totality of it all. Not only is it about pay but the level of benefits to ensure a well balanced life. Unlimited PTO, executive chefs, the push to continue to learn and etc. Momentive really cares about you and your growth.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has the same collaborative mentality but isn't afraid to get their hands dirty either. We hire amazing and thoughtful people who continue to be excellent examples to the next group of hires.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's super exciting and that the team celebrates the wins with you as you go along. And if there are days that aren't wins. They still congratulate you for experimentation and learning growth.

What makes you most happy at work?
I get most happy thinking about the level of projects I get to work on. Some are big and some are small but the best thing is that I get constantly challenged with proper support.
