What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Tech onboarding is hard. Engineer infrastructure is not handy. Too many tech debts. Product develop team need to spend a lot of time on infrastructure related works

All of the executive leadership team are in the US so I feel disconnected from them. It would be nice to have some international representation in that group. It's similar in my own team and again I feel disconnected from leadership who are many timezones away.

Get rid of the sorority culture in People Team and bro club in management. I remember one of the Goldie speakers said that he regretted keeping loyal employees/friends who are not good for the company for too long. When the employee's survey results come out, don't filter them. Show them as is...

No line of communication between PMs, leadership, engineering and design. PMs do not do their job and do not have an understanding how to make the product better for the customers because they do not listen to designers and how to design it with scale in mind because they do not listen to engineers

Our product is ok but we have nothing that makes us unique. We don't have a good product roadmap that builds on top of our existing platform but brings us in New directions. Lots of small disperat products.
