Coworkers are sometimes stuck in the monotony of tasks and achieving objectives that they fail to invest in relationship building. More people need to realize and embrace that not talking about work can be one of the most effective levers for professional growth and company success.

Leave the silos and egos behind the door. Stop thinking of yourself as a part of team A or team B. You should be the part of the company and care what other departments/teams are working on. Separate and not synced OKRs are disaster.
