I have been at SurveyMonkey/Momentive for 4 years and we have grown a LOT. I'd say how genuinely nice our C-level team is, and the exceptional talent we experience every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very transparent in regards to company goals, wins and losses as well as what is on our horizon. They acknowledge hardships (such as covid, working from home, climate disasters such as wild fires, etc), and genuinely care about employees.
