It's hard to pin down just one aspect. Starting with 4 weeks of vacation combined with the 2 recharge weeks matched the vacation entitlement I had accumulated at my previous job after 19 years of service. I am also very excited about the Momentive RSU that are included in my compensation package.

Salary, Equity, and Healthcare. Another benefit is unlimited responsible paid time off and built in company-wide "recharge" time when almost everyone is off work at the same time so you can really rest without worrying about work piling up in the meantime.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation looks low compared to the average paid for my role. Also, stock has been under performing for awhile and is no longer a significant portion of the comp conversation.

The positive, can-do attitude is probably the best I've seen in any organisation I have worked in, everyone is always willing to help on tasks small or large

I love that we work hard but never take ourselves too seriously. No matter what your hobbies and interests are, it's very likely there are others who share in those same interests. We care about each other and not just the output someone produces but who they are and how they are doing.
