I love the ability to choose a computing platform of choice, no meetings on Fridays

People appear to be excited about working at Momentive. I've heard very little negative comments about the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unlike other orgs I've worked for in the past, management at Momentive feel like team members as opposed to task masters.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's hard to pin down just one aspect. Starting with 4 weeks of vacation combined with the 2 recharge weeks matched the vacation entitlement I had accumulated at my previous job after 19 years of service. I am also very excited about the Momentive RSU that are included in my compensation package.
