What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to check the BACKGROUND of the people they hire for agents! 4 bankruptcies in a couple yrs! come on & Corporate thinks this person would be a GREAT AGENT!! Myself & 4 other staff got stiffed out of THOUSANDS in pay & told to stick it or SF would stick their legal team on US!

to be treated like human beings by the agent & corporate & to understand WE are the ones who talk to the insures & help them. So we would like to get the pay we worked for & treated like people!

I retired after the problems with State Farm. I lost thousands in pay and have decided to take retirement after 50 yrs!

Unknown. After I was treated like I was something you stepped on in a dog park & threaten to be turned over to 'legal' I retired from State Farm.
