I am below market for the work I do. I value the culture and my direct leadership and team so I choose to stay. However, my salary and cash compensation is not keeping up with costs.

The transition which we are undergoing in EMEA needs some better change management.

Since the merge, I do not know what other changes there will be until decisions are made and we are not asked if we are okay with it, we are just told to proceed with whatever decision they have made.
