What's the interview process like at UKG?I had several interviews including the initial screening with the recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, in person panel interview, phone interview with director and phone interview with senior VP. The questions were mainly around previous experience and specific examples of situations you handled. They were very interested in finding out what I knew about the company and the role so make sure to find out what the company does and any specifics you can about the role and where it sits in the company.
