The big picture which we aspire to achieve is not clear enough to me. I have an interpretation but I am not aware of a clear common goal.

Fix the crux of the problem(s) not expect the impossible from it employees
You can be fired/laid-off at any point. No employee loyalty and seeing what the employee brings to the table. Tenure trumps all otherwise
