What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health insurance is ok, but the dental coverage is one of the worst I have experienced. I was super disappointed to not continue to get the $200 a year to help me with my office supplies because I work at home 100%. I need a new keyboard and ergo equipment which is going to cost a lot.

I feel like business decisions elsewhere reduce profit and thus my compensation. If more calculated steps and less roll of the dice (or just plain ignoring) risks were taken I would feel better.

My Manager! Handsdown! Rachel Coughlin is just fantastic. Best leader and manager I have ever had. Also, several of my colleagues are the hardest workers I have ever worked with. A few get away with not doing work up to the same standards as others but for the most part... we have a phenomenal team!

Leadership is available, we are student/client focused and actually care. I have worked at a lot of places that say they care and don't. We are up on the trends and technology keeping up current. We have new programs and B2B ideas coming in.

Impacting the lives of others. That includes students, graduates, colleagues, etc. Being trusted to carry out tasks based on my abilities and experience. Having the flexibility to do projects when I can allocate time including later at night). Getting to try new things and being heard by my manager.
