#1. Bellow Market Compensation in some areas #2. Difficult process to promote internal people. It's easier to hire a new person with higher pay than justify an internal, high performer & dedicated resource to jump a level.

Restricted stock option does not make sense as the employee will get the stocks after almost 6 years and that too with taxes. Direct cash benefits always seem to be more attractive.

We are having major product issues that have eroded customer trust. Decisions and roll-outs seem to happen without proper planning and communication. We need to improve the product and when launching something new, we need to make sure that all stakeholders are involved from the beginning.
