Trimble Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture is global, and so it encapsulates many different local cultures - but we are able to make it work through a known direction of products and services.

Friendly, colloborative, helplful and very energitic

Review from Business Development Dept · Posted 2 days ago

Dynamic. Friendly. Inclusive. Motivational. Collaborative

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 2 days ago

I enjoy the friendly, casual atmosphere.

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 3 days ago

I like the work/life balance. Being able to take the PTO that I need, when I need it is a big advantage. I am also a remote worker, so having that flexibility give me a sense of freedom and trust from leadership.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Diversity of employees and the relaxing atmosphere even though we are all super busy.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 3 days ago

The environment is multi-cultural and requires acceptance to work with other groups in the world. People who do not accept this, will not succeed in the company.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Friendly and equality to everyone.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 3 days ago

The company culture is supportive, collaborative, inclusive, motivating, employee-friendly, and encourages continuous learning and growth.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 3 days ago

You can connect with each team for any help and each team is open to help each other.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Everyone is very helpful and kind.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Teams are helping out each other

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 3 days ago

One of the most positive aspects of the culture and environment at the company is the supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 4 days ago

I think Trimble keeps things upbeat and everyone shows patience and grace, as if we're all working on the same team to get the job done. I appreciate the community that I've built with the people I work with across departments.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Work life balance is what I appreciate the most.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Everyone is approachable. Work happens based on a good network, less along hierarchical organisational structures.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Trimble values its employees and takes the necessary steps to ensure their welfare. Trimble ensures employees have a positive, vibrant workplace, leaving no room for compromise.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 4 days ago

We are not micro managed. They let us work on what we need to get our job done.

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 4 days ago

I would like to skip this question.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 4 days ago

The friendly and welcoming environment at the office and the sociable colleagues.

Review from Admin Dept · Posted 4 days ago

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

be faster in decision and execution, setting the right target, learning from 5 to 10 pat year of success or less success

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Reduce complacency and making excuses. Put in place practices and processes to allow curiosity. The organisation is full of really nice people, that are highly competent, but they are not empowered.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 5 days ago

More people in the office.

Review from Executive Dept · Posted 5 days ago

Promotions appear to prioritize soft skills over technical mastery. This creates a disconnect where strategic decisions or technical suggestions made at the leadership level often lack feasibility, inadvertently creating a burden for the execution teams.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 5 days ago

The culture would benefit from a stronger emphasis on accountability and radical transparency. Eliminating dismissive behaviors and ensuring that verbal agreements are honored or documented will help prevent gaslighting and create a more respectful, reliable workplace.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 5 days ago

Encourage taking time off and a better PTO structure for hourly employees. The fact that we have no "Sick Time" is crazy!

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 5 days ago

Long-term vision in any decision instead of looking at short-term benefits Personal gains and related politics should go away - company's growth and image should be protected at any cost Dealers should not become more important that the company

Review from Customer Success Dept

Better and faster communication from direct management. Management should be a motivator and problem solver like a sort of driving force that should boost the team.

Review from Operations Dept

We need to more open, more aligned with ideas that CEO Painter has shared. If we can accomplish the culture he is driving in the real life, in action, Trimble will be a super place to work

Review from Marketing Dept

Understandable reporting manager. I feel the culture has spoiled when we bring the serviced based person into product company. Their past experience is very much different than the culture or the People here. Midsize leaders or leads should be recruited from the product based company.

Review from HR Dept

the process is set and responsibilities are pretty much clear.. the person who is incharge of the responsibility are not delivering as expected.. either a training or changing the person to a more suitable role and recruit the right person for the job will help. Top management is least bothered

Review from Sales Dept

Company culture is very Good

Review from Admin Dept

We seem extremely conservative. There are a lot of rules about some processes to support compliance (revenue and export laws) in many ways, but the way we go about it does not seem efficient or consistent or clearly communicated.

Review from Marketing Dept

Negative things are emphasized over positive feedback and constructive criticism.

Review from Operations Dept

The environment is great here

Review from Engineering Dept

Its very salty, like the ocean....

I feel that the company culture has changed since being acquired by trimble. It is increasingly becoming more corporate which is something I never signed up for. The culture of the people and their attitude towards work and their colleagues I still do enjoy and I am very comfortable and happy with t

Review from IT Dept

There is no change needed

Review from IT Dept

Overall the company culture is dominated by the belief USA is ruling the world, economy is the only thing that matters and capitalism is the only way. We're destroying the world and are happy to do so.

Review from Product Dept

First of all old employees should know to respect others even if they are at top positions.
