Trimble Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Humanity and understanding of the work/life balance.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 14 days ago

I appreciate that the leadership team is cooperative, helpful, and understanding. They are approachable, supportive, and willing to collaborate to address challenges effectively.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 18 days ago

The leadership team genuinely cares about employee development, provides clear goals, and actively creates opportunities for career growth within the organization.

Review from IT Dept

The leadership team is excellent at communication throughout the organization.

Review from Engineering Dept

They communicate well - the CEO has been providing monthly 20-minute plus video updates since I joined 5+ years ago. He is honest & transparent, and it's inspiring. This is the first time I've seen a CEO communicate this well in such a context.

Review from Finance Dept

Clear vision. Put people first

Review from Customer Support Dept

They are hands-off and trust us do our job but they are also available when we need something, whether it be related to a customer issue, something specific with the job, or us personally.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I have joined a new team recently so my responses will reflect this team. There is restructuring happening currently but, the leadership I have met is very goal focused, they are open and clear about the direction of the team and company.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Gives me the latitude to do my job, provides opportunities for me and listens when I have suggestions.

Review from IT Dept

The commitment of the team to achieve the targets.

Review from Engineering Dept

Communicate the changes to everyone transparently.

Review from IT Dept

The leadership team is visionary, collaborative, supportive, innovative, accountable, trustworthy, inspiring.

Review from IT Dept

As a Trimble we are adopting the challenges with the AI and adopting the changes very fast.

Review from Engineering Dept

They are very supportive leaders.

Review from IT Dept

My manager is invested in my professional growth within Trimble, while also showing care for my personal life. He encourages me to cultivate skills for advancement, but also to care for myself and my family. I appreciate his concern for me as an entire person and not just as an employee.

Review from IT Dept

That communication can happen and it's transparent.

Review from Engineering Dept

My leader's management is a true differentiator. Despite the tough credit landscape, they foster a light and clear environment. They prove it’s possible to be highly analytical and strategic without losing empath

Review from Finance Dept

Clear strategy and vision. Well communicated. Regular CEO updates.

Review from Engineering Dept

The leadership team is doing well, though there is much uncertainty globally.

Review from Engineering Dept

They inform us what's going on with the company through Charlie. They also call out the Anniversaries' and who moves up in their jobs.

Review from Finance Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop firefighting, aim strategic goals and follow up, escalate to upper management on the critical aspects asap

Review from Engineering Dept

Provide feedback. Clear communication. Motivation.

Review from Product Dept

REWARD individual results when earned!

Review from Operations Dept

Communication, team building, delegate responsibility. No sense of team spirit or job satisfaction.

Review from Engineering Dept

Too little time (or rather, no time at all) is invested in the personal development of employees. There are practically no opportunities for career steps, at least in our division. You either accept this or leave the company. Naturally, this also has a negative impact on the motivation.

Review from Product Dept

Stop living in an ivory tower and realize the disconnect between that tower and the reality of under-resourced projects. We do things our customers don't ask for and ignore the things we should do. At least in my area of work - I certainly understand that other areas might be different.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Laying people off and outsourcing jobs to balance the budget is bad enough, but leadership taking a bonus at the end of the year after doing so is shameful.

Review from Engineering Dept

Create a technology roadmap Regular one-on-one meetings with the direct manager adjust the salary accordingly

Review from Engineering Dept

Acknowledging that the company has been highly successful with a remote workforce rather than forcing RTO.

Review from IT Dept

provide more career growth opportunities for engineers

Review from Engineering Dept

Get important decisions made faster

Review from Sales Dept

Communication, changing company structure, using acronyms (too many!)

Review from Engineering Dept

Value employees monetarily and allow them to grow in their positions. The PX sector or some other sector prevents promotions.

Review from IT Dept

Willingness to pay market rates for employees.

Review from Finance Dept

Stop pushing DEI and worry about hiring and keeping the best candidates.

Review from Product Dept

Stop shoving THEIR politics down my throat.

Review from Sales Dept

Employee engagement would be a great start

Review from Sales Dept

Making key product decisions that affect our ongoing viability

Review from Engineering Dept

Treating employees as individuals instead of just cogs in a machine

Review from Operations Dept

The world is about to collapse, there's wars everywhere, the climate change is killing people all over the world and what we focus on is ROI and profit. We should instead focus on ways to help people in need and to focus on mental health and justice.
