What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I would like to see clearer growth plans and stronger differentiation between performance levels. Currently, the compensation difference between average and high performance feels too small, which can reduce motivation for employees who consistently take on higher ownership and deliver strong impact

A lack of accountability and the dismissal of peer input create a breakdown in trust. Foster a culture of ownership where mistakes are acknowledged. Using written documentation for decisions will ensure transparency and prevent the denial of facts.

Trimble is about as good as it gets under capitalism, but I still can't be too excited about alienated labor. Decisions that place velocity over quality make things unnecessarily stressful for support teams like mine.

There's a long distance between the executive's team vision to the lowest layers of the hierarchy and the message and intent can get lost. It can be improved by helping organizations ditching old habits and old work to focus on going towards the vision.

I have moved into more than a handful of jobs in the past 5+ years. I've been passed off to the next manager with no formal evaluation to take with me to the next job. Positive feedback with constructive criticism is a basic element of managing and promoting my career growth. I feel stuck.
