Focus on the internals of the organization not just what makes good headlines. Also a little communication would be nice. We are so silo'd it slows down actual work. Also executives stifle open communication

The company is good about absorbing cost instead of passing them on to the employees. Netscout is fair and looks at a larger picture of our benefits and makes them a priority.

More regular yearly increases, bonuses are good, but my salary has not increased a lot since I joined the company (starting to feel the pinch in these economically hard times) and am considering looking for alternative employment to get my salary re-aligned.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Being a data company we really lag behind in using the position to our advantage, maybe already too late. There are arbitrary rules - 'back to office every day'. Salary not growing for years while inflation is rampant. Offices and positions outside the US basically don't matter / exist.
