What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Matching pay increases with CPI increases. Bigger bonuses when company profits or stock price goes up.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there have been so many years in the last 10 years where there is no merit increase and promotions. At times the merit budget is way to low comparing the market meaning it may be good for US market but same might not be true for other asian countries.

Before i joined i had a high role but here they provided me less posting role and also CTC is too way behind the market standards, even after requesting still no use. They do not regularize the CTC neither provide good numbers of hike , in turn this is not balancing between profession and personal

Being a data company we really lag behind in using the position to our advantage, maybe already too late. There are arbitrary rules - 'back to office every day'. Salary not growing for years while inflation is rampant. Offices and positions outside the US basically don't matter / exist.
