It seems that the team at Corporate has taken a hard stance on the 5-day work week schedule that was implemented post-Covid, and it has cost us extremely talented individuals.

Netscout does not believe in layoffs and have not been. Recently to reduce headcount, there was a voluntary early retirement program with really generous benefits.
