How's the vacation policy at Viavi Solutions?
Excellent! Salaried employees get "discretionary time off," meaning you can take as much time as you want (with your manager's OK of course).
How helpful was your Marketing team when you were first hired at Viavi Solutions?
Very helpful and welcoming. One person spent two days with me just showing me the ropes. Much better experience than my previous company.
What's the work from home policy like at Viavi Solutions?
Very flexible. Most of my marketing colleagues (and I) work from home either part-time or full-time. VIAVI is very open to remote work.

How's the leadership on the Marketing team at Viavi Solutions?
The CMO leadership team lacks the authority they really need to secure adequate budget and give marketing adequate visibility at the executive level.
How long do the interviews usually take at Viavi Solutions?
The process can take a while as we typically like to involve a lot of people in the interviews. It could take a couple of weeks to get through all of your interviews.
Does Viavi Solutions have any remote positions?
There are a lot of remote workers at VIAVI, but I don't know if any current open positions allow for remote work. It depends a lot on the job.
