NETSCOUT Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My wife went into the hospital for an unexpected heart procedure, and our out-of-pocket was much less than I expected.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 23 days ago

NETSCOUT has chosen a very good insurer to cover my medical benefit.

Review from Sales Dept

Bonus and rsu and cafe

Review from Operations Dept

Medical Coverage Bonus RSU Insurance

Review from Engineering Dept

Packages include best in class medical policies, Sales incentives to keep employees motivated.

Review from Sales Dept

Bonus is adding to be a good part of the total package.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Bonus program (especially when company performs well) and merit when feasible

Review from Customer Support Dept

The company is good about absorbing cost instead of passing them on to the employees. Netscout is fair and looks at a larger picture of our benefits and makes them a priority.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Total compensation is very compelling and fair

Review from Operations Dept

It is a complete package, pay, benefits & culture.

Review from Sales Dept

The yearly bonus cycle to reflect contributions

Review from Engineering Dept

The rsu's.. Bonus and health benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

My basic package is good, commission plan needs to be enhanced

Review from Sales Dept

Probably the Paid Time Off

Review from Admin Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

Review from Customer Success Dept

Stocks / shares along with salary

Review from Sales Dept

The best part of package is Bonus and RSU

Review from Sales Dept

The mixture of salary, bonus and retention stock

Review from Engineering Dept

Performance linked RSU plan where everyone gets linked to the growth story.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation should keep up with inflation trends in the economy.

Review from Engineering Dept

After 8+ years of exceeding expectations, I've never been promoted here. I've always been told it is organization related, and have never been told it is performance related.

Review from Operations Dept

What would make me feel better about my compensation is having it more closely aligned with my expanded responsibilities, market benchmarks for similar roles, and the results I

Review from Sales Dept

I am not happy with my current compensation. It used to be good back in few years. I can easily get better compensation out side of Netscout but i dont want to switch because of leadership, collegues and work environment.

Review from Sales Dept

engineering promotion paths are unclear and comp is not competitive with the market

Review from Engineering Dept

When I joined, my initial compensation was aligned with market standards and felt fair. I did receive a small salary hike, which I appreciate. However, over the past three years, I haven’t had any promotions, and t

Review from Engineering Dept

merit upgrades are not followed based on skills, allocation of tasks, smart work. it is more of round-robin & across the team. Average industry standard compensation will make feel better

Review from Engineering Dept

I have been in my role for several years and in my opinion, we are continually asked to take on more tasks and responsibilities, but we are not necessarily given the proper merit increase or cost of living increase that I have noticed is happening in our industry and other major industries.

Review from Sales Dept

Merit increases over the past few years have been slim compared to the actual cost of living. Likewise, RSUs have gone down.

Review from Sales Dept

Not necessarily but increases hard to come by even when exceeds expectation. Suggestion: more time off would be an effective counterbalance.

Review from Product Dept

Why undervalued? No raises, reduced RSU's, no Bonuses for quota-carrying Sales-Support positions, diminished commissions, mandatory 5-days in office, added work responsibilities. I'm considered an overachiever but make less than I did 5-yrs ago. Top that w/ the time/expense of communiting.

Review from Sales Dept

Does not feel like there is opportunity for growth by excelling in my job without playing politics.

Review from Marketing Dept

Pay has been pretty stagnant for the past 10 years. They try to compensate with bonuses but are not keeping salaries on pace with the rest of the industry.

Review from Engineering Dept

Lack of merit annual increases, and low increases-not keeping up with market.

Review from Finance Dept

No promotions, not being valued enough based on performance

Review from Engineering Dept

Not great salary hikes or bonuses in last few years

Review from Engineering Dept

I have not received a promotion or substantial raise in nearly a decade despite continuously receiving glowing performance reviews. Our division hasn't hired a new full-time employee in several years despite being the sole source of income growth in the company.

Review from Engineering Dept

Make up for all the raises we haven't gotten.

Review from Engineering Dept

Compared to the market Netscout does not pay as well and hasn't kept up with the market in terms of raises.

Review from Engineering Dept

I do not feel undervalued, I know the work I do will give me more money in other company but at the same time I like how things are stable in this company
