Their directions are consistent, and they gave the most trust to employees that I have ever seen (comparing to other employers I had been with)

Investment in the people who work here. I do feel they are willing to take risks and try new things.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They are transparent. That word is thrown out frequently in society but few actually embody and practice it. Our leadership team does.

Humanity, long term stability, capacity to re-learn at some management levels
Review from Customer Success Dept
The leadership team has a clear vision and makes thoughtful, data-driven decisions. They set ambitious goals but also provide the resources and support needed to achieve them.
Review from Sales Dept
Sticking to long-term plans. Allow engineers to do their jobs. Provide career paths to their teams members.
Review from Engineering Dept
Career paths, and articulating a clear vision.
Review from Engineering Dept
more promotions, bigger raises, hire more interns
Review from Engineering Dept
Clear strategy and raises. I'm somewhat surprised i'm being asked to fill out a survey to hire new people when we haven't hired any new engineers in several years and haven't done raises. Is this a joke?
Review from Engineering Dept
Meaningful strategic planning. Year after year we roll out new "market strategies" but appear to have no accountability for the lackluster outcome of those strategies as the business limps along with minimal growth.
Review from Engineering Dept
Trust their employees. Focus on people over profit. Know when it is time to step away and allow someone else's vision to lead. Accept that our biggest problems are coming down from the top - humility, insight, and personal responsibility.
Review from Engineering Dept
The executive team in insular, they don't look beyond our borders.
Review from Admin Dept
The leadership needs to do a better job of leading by example
Review from Admin Dept
Better Communication and Trust with Employees. Take action on those who abuse the Trust and not on everyone. Dont generalize and apply the rules..
Review from Engineering Dept
They need to modernize their mindset in regards to work environment(s). This company is going to die on the vine if they don't walk back their antiquated views on working from home and remote work. The next wave of workers has 0 desire to work 5 days full time in an office, for not top of market pay
Review from IT Dept
Have a larger vision for the company, stick with what they know, recognize top performers and not just promote friends, recognize that being in the office doesn't mean more productivity (it actually means less)
Review from Marketing Dept
They need to articulate more clearly how to get to where they want to be.
Review from Engineering Dept
Less micromanaging and more positivity.
Review from Sales Dept
Focus on the internals of the organization not just what makes good headlines. Also a little communication would be nice. We are so silo'd it slows down actual work. Also executives stifle open communication
Review from Customer Success Dept
Everything runs through CEO & his strategy & focus shifts constantly. He thinks he alone can solve everything so all employees stop & wait on him - no empowerment. And then he blames everyone for not executing against his constant changing strategy & his lack of understandiing of industry trends
Review from Sales Dept
Communicate clear vision and realistic plans for the near future/future. Some people seem to be too far from reality/customer's needs.

Review from Engineering Dept

Review from IT Dept
Stop placing blame on the employees for problems stemming from bad leadership decisions. Stop instituing restrictive policy aimed at employees when theu aren't the root cause of the problem. Trust the people to do their jobs.
