Caring more about their employees needs. When your enployees are taken care of, they will take care of the guests. RR pays their hourly employees very poorly and often times run stores understaffed making the employees work harder while being paid unfairly.

They don't explain anything and the training really needs to go on for more than 2 days 3 days tops that needs to go on and when you're cashing somebody out you should be able to ask somebody to help you or be shadowed every time you cash out so you're doing it properly
