Red Robin Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very helpful and actually tray and benefit the restaurant.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Always willing to help where they can

Review from Customer Support Dept

I have a manager that is actually invested in employment career advancements and increased pay rates. Some of the big wigs will step in to help employees at their own volition. They never discriminate, or play favorites

We all work together and we all get along

They are supportive of me and my coworkers.

Honesty and integrity and caring about individuals

I was a part of this team until the executives and home office made me feel that my complaints over their neglect where not worth their time. My store leadership team is amazing. I've worked with them forever and they bring amazing ideas and genuinely care about us.

great workplace great people skills

Helpful and make you feel welcome

They are okay but could do better.

They are easy going and approachable.

They are so amazing i love them

The treat each employee like they matter

Our CEO, Paul Murphy, is great. He is very friendly and transparent. I feel lucky that was our CEO during the pandemic.

The CEO and Assistant are great. They make sure that Red Robin standards are met.

Right now we are short managers. We have one from another location filling in for now and to others. Our two permanent ones are phenomenal they're great at listening understanding and under pressure.

Theyre laid back and like to talk

Caring and direct. Leadership is not overbering but expects you to lead with authenticity.

my managers work hard through being short staffed

Not much. Most of them just run out the clock.

Review from Customer Success Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to employee concerns and questions

Communication, respect, and common curiosity.

Need new leaders who know how to operate a business.

Review from Operations Dept

Connecting with managers at red robin stores teach them how to be a team not force us to be

Conflit of intrest is highly proof at the red robins on the beach in panama city fl. The store manager himself and the other manager breand has pit theit hands on people tonmake the m leave and intation of false prespectives about workers there. They are miserable the job moserable. Brenda raciest

Review from Sales Dept

Communication and teamwork. The team needs to work on a lot of things.

They need to be abolished or replaced.

Communicating effectively amongst each other for rules, new items, etc.

Honesty and appreciation of employees

They treat new people differently and better then the newer employees. It makes us feel uncomfortable when they are all twerking in the kitchen and mad when I don't want to participate.b

Caring more about their employees needs. When your enployees are taken care of, they will take care of the guests. RR pays their hourly employees very poorly and often times run stores understaffed making the employees work harder while being paid unfairly.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Learn to lead not dictate and power trip!!! They need new GM and leadership. Fire Kirsten, Erica and Cari.

Truthful and honest managers that don't rip off your employees

Review from Customer Success Dept

communication and attitude. hard to respect a manager when they don’t know their own me

Separating personal and business issues.

Leading. Holding people accountable, and taking control.

Communicating and properly train people instead of some of us being over worked

My leaders have no understanding of what being a leader means. We have a general Manger that is too worried about what next cute girl he can hire. An employee gets falsely accused and they cover their own mistakes my sending said employee home without pay.

Minding thrir own business and not making constant comments about employees they work with. This is not teamwork at all but constant harassment and uncomfortable working conditions. No one should have ti work under these circumstances.

Doing their job. Managing the restaurant instead of going out to eat and just laughing and sitting in a booth at the back corner. Managing who gets cut first (unless you are working a double the first that arrives gets to go home first). Actually hiring people to fix problems with plumbing etc.
