Line cooks do their best even in terrible working conditions.
i found out how to make friends because of work
The servers and bartenders go out of their way to help each other when needed, and try and make it easier.
Friendly and helpful. Mostly always in a good mood

We are closely knit and look out for each other.
The crew is great. They're all good people. That's the only good part about working for them. They hire good people
My permanent coworkers are very good at what they do and excell at communication and collaboration. The management staff are completely inept in all of these areas.
My lasting coworkers are excellent workers, good at what they do and excellent at cooperating effectively. Managers are not any of these things.
All of the food industry generally has really good comradery and I don't think Red Robin is any exception. Most of my coworkers were likeminded individuals who wanted to come to work and leave. There were a few who stirred drama but at the end of the day the crew was always great. Management, not.
The family dynamic of all the coworkers is the reason so many of us have stayed for years. It’s something about it that makes team members closer than anywhere I’ve ever worked. With the exception of a few, my coworkers are the best part about my

The teammembers. There reliable and dont roll there eyes when you ask them questions
They are funny, some are hardworkers
Fast paced but also like to have fun
My team is driven and they have heart. We are like a family even with team members who have left we all stay close. We are expected to attend several meetings a week which gets expensive and we should be given gas credit on top of a flat fee for attending otherwise no penalty for not attending.
The majority of them are honest folk, just trying to make something out of the nothing that corporate gives them. The store wouldn't be making so much money if they weren't doing everything right.
My FOH and BOH team are the best ever. They work so hard just to get thrown under the bus or treated unfairly. Managers rather protect themselves and let innocent employees lose their job.
Respecting each others needs, communicating and working as a TEAM.
We need to communicate better. Theirs a lot of disrespect and favoritism. If someone doesn't like another person, they will make it harder on the next person to do their job. No one is willing help them do better, they talk down on others instead of lifting them up with the work load.
Every coworker I enjoy working with and/or feel is good at their job is being pushed out for a new cook
This company need to focus on operations

Teamwork plus honesty and respect
Meetings are effective shorty after meetings are done, but after time it feels like everyone is going back to doing the bare minimum. Staff members need to treat othets with more respect
Communicating and even if your busy, it doesn't give you the right to talk to people rudely
Showing up on time would be nice.
Better employees make better coworkers. Stop hiring everyone who walks through the door. Customers notice the revolving door of employees and it's a bad look.
There are no meetings that would be a great start
A handful of my co workers are in the back talking with the managers even when there is a huge rush and it seems only me and the bartender seem to be doing our job. Hire better managers therefore better co workers are hired as well.
Most of the Coworkers are young and not willing to learn the correct way of learning. They do what they want. Better Training and respect upon team members.
We don't have compny meetings
Everything, all they do is bash new employees

accountability and team work, setting up fellow coworkers for a succesful shift

Have a better attitude and the managers are not good either
If people haven't figured out how to keep a sterile, practically automated line stocked and operational within a month, they gotta go. Stop coddling underperformers just because it's "too expensive" to rehire.

Teamwork and being thorough and paying attention..

We need to back each other up like run food and if another table asks u fir something just do it, instead of complaining.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Coworkers were fine besides a few people who were lazy and you hated to work with because they wouldn't pull their weight. Management turned everyone against each other.
